Applicants who have already matriculated and been admitted to study at Nelson Mandela University this year or those students who will be returning to campus can now register for the 2021 academic year.

The Nelson Mandela University will be opening South Africa's tenth medical school and is set to enrol its first intake in March. 

Nelson Mandela University students have been up in arms with university management about registration and accommodation issues. This has lead to delays in processing and academics. NMU has entended their registration, as well as the extension for concession applications.
